Permit Requirements

1 month minimum lead time is needed in order to secure proper event permit. Please download, complete and return three forms below after booking your event.

Payment terms

A $200 deposit required to hold your date. Balance to be paid day of event.Price does not include tax or service gratuity

Parking & Power Requirements

Trailer length is 11 feet long. Event area must be able to accomodate. Must have access to a 120 V outlet. We will include one 100 ft.,12 gauge extension cord.


We carry a standard $1 million General Liability policy, as well as a $1 million Commercial Auto policy. Additional insurance should be provided by the venue and/or hos

Refund Policy

Any event cancelled less than 30 days in advance will not receive a refund on the event deposit.  If cancelled 30-60 days prior a 50% refund will be given.  If cancelled more than 60 days in advance a full refund of the deposit will be given.
